The Gospel of Jesus Christ

I have nothing new to tell you.

I just want to echo the same message that the apostles preached.

1 Corinthians 15:3-8 For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures, and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve. Then he appeared to more than five hundred brothers at one time, most of whom are still alive, though some have fallen asleep. Then he appeared to James, then to all the apostles. Last of all, as to one untimely born, he appeared also to me.

Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures.

Jesus of Nazareth is the Son of God. He was born of a virgin (Mary) and began his ministry in the power of the Holy Spirit, healing and delivering all who were oppressed of the devil. He was delivered unto Pilate after he proclaimed himself the Christ, the Son of God and crucified as the King of the Jews. This he did for us, fulfilling the prophecies of Isaiah 53 that the Christ would bear our sins and diseases for us. Jesus was made to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God (1 Corinthians 5:21).

Christ was buried and raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures.

Jesus was buried in the new tomb of Joseph of Arimathea and a great stone was rolled in front of the entrance with a guard of Roman soldiers securing it out front. On the third day, there was a great earthquake and an angel rolled away the stone at the entrance, declaring to the women who had come with Jesus from Galilee that Jesus has risen!

Christ appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve, then to more than 500 at one time, then to James, then to the apostles, and last of all, to Paul.

Luke 24:44-49 Then he said to them,“These are my words that I spoke to you while I was still with you, that everything written about me in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms must be fulfilled.” Then he opened their minds to understand the Scriptures, and said to them, “Thus it is written, that the Christ should suffer and on the third day rise from the dead, and that repentance for the forgiveness of sins should be proclaimed in his name to all nations, beginning from Jerusalem. You are witnesses of these things. And behold, I am sending the promise of my Father upon you. But stay in the city until you are clothed with power from on high.”
